While Ohio State students, faculty and staff are busy kicking off Michigan weekend, the Athletic Ticket Office will be busy determining the lucky winners of the Rose Bowl lottery. According to Eric Busch, assistant vice-president of Student Affairs, lottery results will be posted around campus by Saturday morning. 'We're trying to run as fast and as hard as we can to get the results out,' Busch said. Tom Shannon, a representative at the Athletic Ticket Office, said names of lottery winners will be drawn at random from a computerized system 'Every ticket application has a number on it that is entered into the system,' said Shannon. Then, starting on Monday Nov. 25 through Wednesday Nov. 27 the winners of the lottery will return to the ticket office, pay for their tickets and be given a voucher with their name on it to take to Pasadena, he said. 'Cost for a single ticket is $80 and $160 for two,' he said. Shannon said once students get to Pasadena on Dec. 30 and Dec. 31, they can pick up their tickets at Gate B where there will be an OSU ticket office. 'They must have their voucher and show an I.D.,' Shannon said. The identification card will then be matched with the voucher, he said. 'The voucher is not transferable to anyone,' Shannon said.
