Bundle of trouble

This past summer, before school started, I made a two-hour drive to campus from my home. The reason for this drive was to purchase a Buckeye Bundle from Uni-print (previously Cop-ez).

Because I was an incoming freshman, I had purchased a new laptop. I declined the cheaper offer from Dell to purchase a Microsoft Office disc because I was informed of the university's Buckeye Bundle, which would include an update to Windows Vista when it was released.

Today, I went to Uni-print, only to find out that the policy has been changed and they would no longer honor their previous offer. They said there was nothing they could do about it, even though I had already paid over the summer. I was told that Ohio State and Microsoft had created a new deal, however, this deal screws over many students who were promised this upgrade. For being such an outstanding university, one would think OSU would uphold its promises to its students.
