Travelocity.com has a “Best Fare Finder” on their homepage, which is convenient and simple. It will automatically search for the cheapest day to fly to your destination with out providing a specific date. Monday through Thursday you can fly to Panama City Beach, FL from $228.00, Chicago from $78.00, or New York City from $208.00. But, be careful all of these prices are subject to applicable charges, which Travelocity does warn you of in advance.
