1. (Not pictured on the map) On Tuesday at 11:30 p.m. near Cleveland Avenue, a mother took her juvenile daughter to the police station stating she was in a sexual relationship with a 19-year-old man. Charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor were filed.

2. A Buckeye Alert was sent on Friday at 7:45 p.m. stating two male suspects committed an armed robbery with a knife near Buckeye Village. The suspects reportedly left campus in a silver car following the robbery. The Ohio State University Police Division has increased patrols in the area while the investigation is pending.

3. At the House of Cigar, 1088 N. High St., on Tuesday at 10 p.m., $3,750 worth of miscellaneous cigars were reportedly stolen by three suspects. The suspects were caught on camera taking the cigars from the display case and hiding them in their purses without employees noticing.

4. Two female faculty members and one male student reported three separate incidents of theft at 7:15 p.m., 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m on Friday at Newton Hall. The suspects remain unknown.

5. Charges of menacing have been filed in the 400 block of East 14th Avenue after the victim stated the suspect had been contacting him through text messages and phone calls from 3:30 to 5:45 p.m. on May 22 threatening physical harm.

6. Officers were flagged down near Chittenden Avenue and Summit Street on May 24 at noon after an assault occurred between a boyfriend and girlfriend. During a shoving match between the couple, the girlfriend was struck in the head with an open hand after she bit her boyfriend. The police team separated the couple and no further incidents occurred.

7. A third party allegedly opened the victim’s mail, forged a signature and stole a $400 check mailed to and written to the victim on May 24 just before 9:30 a.m. in the 2000 block of Iuka Avenue. Charges of theft of a negotiable instrument were filed.

8. A male staff member was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence at 3 a.m. near 11th Avenue and High Street on Friday.
