High Street overhaul hurts business

According to some business owners, construction on High Street north of Lane Avenue is both an eyesore and bad for business.

A $15.8 million project that is supposed to revitalize businesses on High Street north of Lane Avenue is doing exactly the opposite, some shopkeepers say.

Local coalition pursues cleaner High Street

As part of a new High Street cleaning initiative, South Campus Gateway purchased a sidewalk sweeper that will vacuum trash from Chittenden Avenue to Lane Avenue during the day Thursday to Monday.

The notoriously cluttered and littered neighborhoods near High Street will receive a face lift in the next few months.

Police ask victims to claim $500,000 in stolen goods

A myriad of stolen items, including digital cameras, GPS navigation systems, car stereos and televisions, will be on display at the Columbus Division of Police's Stolen Property Office Wednesday.

The Columbus Division of Police Property Recovery Unit will hold a public viewing of stolen property today in an effort to return the property to theft victims.

Students plunge into Chicago financial district
