Canadian band to open at Pavilion

Canadian rock group Billy Talent will be in town with My Chemical Romance and Drive By May 4 for an outdoor show at the Lifestyle Communities Pavilion.

Billy Talent fuses intense vocals with a crisp instrumental sound that could only come from a group of guys who have been playing together for 15 years.

Making laughs is family business for Richards

For comedian Guy Richards, the love of the art is all in the family.

"Comedy is in my blood," Guy said. "I just love to laugh."

On May 3, Guy Richards' "Bipolar Man - College Comedy Tour" will perform at the Fawcett Center. Along with Guy's lively personality, stand-up veteran Richie Minervini and celebrity host Sal Richards, (Guy's father) guarantee a night of fun and laughter.

Neighbors should grow up or shut up

My roommate and I snagged a nice apartment near the Victorian Village. It's the bottom half of a two-story house, hardwood floors, fireplace, porch, just the right size for the two of us.
