Drug paraphernalia - Ohio State University Hospitals

Hospital security guards contacted University Police Friday about the recovery of a pipe likely used for smoking marijuana. According to the police report the pipe was taken from a patient who was brought to the hospital for being beaten up while intoxicated. The suspect was reportedly "combative" and had to be "heavily sedated."

Robbery - Neil Ave. and Worthington Ave.

A report was filed Friday for a robber that occurred on W. 10th Ave. between Neil Ave. and Worthington Ave.

Theft - Rhodes Hall

A nurse reported a missing stethoscope from Rhodes Hall Friday. According to the police report the stethoscope was taken from a nurse's station when the nurse left for five minutes to drop off some paperwork.

Criminal damaging - Jesse Owens South

A student who drives his father's car parked it at the parking lot behind Jesse Owens South Saturday. He returned to the car to find a scratch mark on the driver's side. According to the police report, the scratch was consistent with the car having been "keyed." There are no suspects and the case is now closed.

Theft - OSU Medical Center

A suspect was arrested Monday for theft from the Wallgreen's Pharmacy located in the OSU hospital. According to the police report the stolen items include disposable razors, Tylenol, Advil, deodorant, combs and toothpaste.

Criminal Damaging - Arps Parking Garage

A police report was filed Monday about damage that was done to his car in the Arps Parking Garage the previous weekend. According to the report, the windshield wiper and the antenna were damaged. The case is now closed.

Counterfeit prescription - Martha Morehouse Medical Center

A staff member reported Tuesday unknown suspects attempted to present a forged doctor's signature on a counterfeit prescription in an effort to obtain prescription pain medications.
