High credit load could hurt grades

For some, the idea of college life entails taking a few afternoon classes and spending the rest of the time attending toga parties and playing beer pong. Many students at Ohio State though, such as Elizabeth Clark, are taking the idea of college life to another level by adding 25 credit hours worth of classes to the itinerary.

"I decided to take 25 credit hours because I needed to take 20 hours to graduate on time," said Clark, a junior in international business administration. "I also wanted to see if I could handle two languages at once. I was already taking Farsi, but I wanted to take an Arabic class as well."

Campus group supports C-bus symphony

Ohio State students attended the Columbus Symphony Orchestra's last classical concert of the season May 10th. For financial reasons, CSO has canceled its summer concerts which has brought disappointment to Matthew Brahms and Julianne Akins, music majors at OSU.

Not only did OSU students support the city's orchestra, but one of the founders of Symphony Strong, Matthew Brahms, is related to the famous composer, Johannes Brahms, the latter being his great-great-great uncle.

When students walk through the door of 2169 N. High St., they are able to pull off a feat so challenging it would impress the scientists at NASA.

They are able to drink the night away and appease their parents at the same time.

The worst writers assume people a damn about what they have to say. Similarly, the worst pricks on the face of the Earth assume anyone gives a damn about them.

Wexner brings back drive-in

This summer the classic fun of a night at the drive-in theater will be brought to the Columbus community.

Starting June 19, the Wexner Center For The Arts will host Wex Drive-In Outdoor Film Fest on the third Thursday of each month through August 28.
