An undercover police officer arrested a 50-year-old Columbus man after the officer allegedly saw the man urinating in a campus alley last Friday.
According to reports, the officer saw Gordon P. Willoughby urinating in an alley near East 13th Avenue and North Pearl Street at 7:55 p.m. He is listed as a resident of Long Street, but prior arrest records list him as homeless.
He was charged with public indecency and is awaiting arraignment.
The officer did not file the report until Tuesday.
