2623254011A female non-affiliate reported sexual imposition from Care Point East, part of the Wexner Medical Center located at 543 Taylor Ave. The event occurred around 1 p.m. on Thursday and investigation into the event is still pending, according to a University Police report.

Ohio Law defines sexual imposition as sexual contact in which the offender knows it will upset the victim, the victim is unaware of the contact or unable to “control the offender,” the victim is between 13 and 16 years old and the offender is older than 18, or the offender is a mental health professional and convinces the victim the “contact is necessary for mental health treatment.”

There were 19 thefts reported on Ohio State’s campus from April 30 to May 7.

An automobile was reported stolen from the Agricultural Engineering Building around 5 p.m. on Wednesday.

In one incident a male student’s iPhone 5 was stolen from the sideline of a basketball court at Jesse Owens South Recreation Center while the student was playing basketball around 9:30 p.m. on Friday.

Three bicycles were stolen this week from different locations on north campus.

Three students were arrested for criminal trespassing at Ohio Stadium around 2:40 a.m. on Thursday.
