Senior defensive end Jalyn Holmes has one more game at Ohio State, but he has begun to consider his post-college football career.

On Monday, the Senior Bowl — a game to showcase seniors ahead of the NFL draft — announced Holmes would be participating in the annual showdown in Mobile, Alabama. The game will take place on Jan. 27, less than a month after the Buckeyes’ matchup against USC in the Cotton Bowl on Dec. 29.

Holmes was named honorable mention All-Big Ten each of the past two seasons. This season, he has 25 tackles, two tackles for loss and one sack in 13 games, nine of which he started. Holmes has also recorded two pass break-ups and two quarterback hurries.

As a junior, Holmes racked up 33 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss and two sacks, both of which came in Ohio State’s overtime win against Wisconsin. The defensive end also had three hurries, two recovered fumbles and a forced fumble.
