Friday, March 9

Graceful Closure, 6:30 p.m. at A&R Music Bar, 304 Neil Ave. The local sibling duo will perform with opener Tiger Drive. Tickets are $10 plus fees via Ticketmaster.

Save the Crew: The Battle for Columbus premiere,  7 p.m. at Gateway Film Center. Guests will enjoy a screening of the updated film “Save the Crew: The Fans v. the System,” on the evening before the Columbus Crew’s first home game of the 2018 season. The screening will be followed by a discussion with past and present Crew players. Tickets are $10 plus fees via Gateway’s website.

Saturday, March 10

Lights, 6:30 p.m. at Newport Music Hall, 1722 N. High St. The Canadian singer-songwriter will perform tracks off her latest album “Skin&Earth” alongside openers Chase Atlantic and DCF. Tickets are $21 plus fees via Ticketmaster.

Girl Scout cookie and beer pairing, 12 p.m. at North High Brewing, 1288 N. High St. Guests will enjoy a flight of four beers and four Girl Scout cookies for $20. Proceeds will benefit Girl Scouts of America.

Sunday, March 11
Brazilian Samba Workshop, 12:30 p.m. at Columbus Fit Life, 640 Lakeview Plaza Blvd., Worthington. Learn traditional Brazilian samba and dance techniques with professional samba dancer Luciana Brussi. Admission is $15 plus fees via Eventbrite and $20 at the door.
