A former Ohio State quarterback has found a new home.

After announcing his intention to leave on May 8, former Ohio State quarterback Joe Burrow will head to LSU as a graduate transfer according to reports.

According to a tweet from Tom Groeschen of the Cincinnati Enquirer, Burrow narrowed his selection down to two teams, LSU and Cincinnati, where he would have been reunited with former Ohio State assistant coach Luke Fickell.

After graduating from Ohio State on May 6, Burrow is eligible to play immediately once he arrives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Coming into the 2018 season as a redshirt junior, the former four-star recruit will have two years of eligibility remaining.

In his career for the Buckeyes, Burrow played in 11 games, completing 74.4 percent of passes for 287 yards and two touchdowns. During the spring, he battled for the starting quarterback job with Dwayne Haskins and Tate Martell.

LSU will open the 2018 season against Miami at AT&T Stadium on Sept. 2.
