A theft from a motor vehicle and incident of criminal damaging was reported to the Columbus Division of Police as having occurred between 12:30 and 12:40 p.m. Wednesday on North High Street near East Seventh Avenue. According to the online police log, an unknown person(s) smashed the driver’s side window and took $1,570 of property, including a laptop and a backpack.

An assault was reported to the Columbus Police as having occurred at 3:05 p.m. on Wednesday at the Panera Bread on High Street and 11th Avenue. According to the online police log, the victim stated the suspect intentionally threw hot coffee on her.

A theft was reported to the Columbus Police as having occurred between 3 and 8 a.m. on Thursday at a North 4th Street residence near 17th Avenue. According to the online police log, unknown person(s) took $3,352 of property, including a backpack, laptop, iPad, Apple Pencil, calculator and medicine.

An incident of menacing by stalking was reported to University Police as having occurred at 9:48 p.m. on Thursday at Knowlton Hall.

A burglary was reported to the Columbus Police as having occurred between 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 12:15 a.m. Sunday at an East 15th Avenue residence near Indianola Avenue. According to the online police log, an unknown person entered the residence through “unknown means” and took $3,225 of property, including laptops, an iPad, a bag and cash.

An incident of sexual imposition was reported to the Columbus Police as having occurred at midnight Sunday in the 44th police cruiser district. The 44th cruiser district spans west to east from North High Street to the train tracks east of North Fourth Street and north to south from East Northwood Avenue and East Lane Avenue to East 11th Avenue (Crime not depicted on map).
