Ohio State football released its official team status report Friday, which lists eight players unavailable and one player a game-time decision for Saturday’s matchup with Miami (Ohio).

Starting redshirt senior defensive tackle Robert Landers will miss his first game of the season for the Buckeyes with an undisclosed injury.

Senior defensive end Jonathon Cooper and redshirt junior wide receiver C.J. Saunders, both team captains, will miss their fourth straight game to begin the season.

Sophomore defensive end Tyreke Smith, who began the season as a game-time decision in Week 1, suffered a new injury against Indiana, Ryan Day said Thursday, and will be unavailable for Saturday’s game.

Redshirt junior safety Jahsen Wint, who missed the Indiana game with an injury, will now be available for the Buckeyes.
