The Lanterns sports crew discuss how Ohio State beat the Bearcats 42-0 at home. Justin Fields recorded 4 total touchdowns as he went 20 for 25 passing. Running back J.K. Dobbins ran for 141 yards and 2 touchdowns all in the first half. On the defensive side of things Defensive End Chase Young recorded 1.5 sacks and a blocked field goal attempt, and Defensive Back Shaun Wade had a forced fumble and also had two pass breakups, one of which led to an interception by Linebacker Tuf Borland. The Buckeyes dominated in every aspect of this game from start to finish in what would conclude in a shutout victory. Ohio State is now 2-0 and will face off against the Hoosiers next Saturday in Bloomington, Indiana at noon.
