Ohio State landed a four-star recruit for its 2020 class Friday when Jacolbe Cowan announced his commitment to the Buckeyes.

Cowan is the No. 15 defensive tackle, and the No. 7 player in his home state of North Carolina, per 247Sports.

The 6-foot-5, 262-pound defensive lineman was recruited by Larry Johnson and Tony Alford, and had offers from schools including Georgia, North Carolina, Oregon and Tennessee.

Cowan is the 23rd commit in Ohio State’s class of 2020, which is ranked No. 4 in the nation and No. 1 in the Big Ten.
