The first 10 women to show their feet to Rock receive a free cassette and nifty Bigfoot Nixon pen.Rock is the founder, writer, singer and bassist for Bigfoot Nixon and the inspiration for the band’s name. Nixon is Rock’s real name and Bigfoot is his childhood nickname. The man does have big feet. He also has a foot fetish, and in between touting his band’s many virtues, he continuously asked me to shed my loafers and show him my toes.’It’s sexy feet big music,’ Rock said of his band. So what is sexy feet big music? Well, according to Rock, Mike Ravage, guitarist, and Rich Kinney, drummer, Bigfoot Nixon gets its creative inspiration from many sources.’Sex Pistols, The Beatles, Elvis Costello,’ Rock said.’ The Lemonheads, Digital Underground,’ added Ravage.’Black Sabbath,’ said Kinney.’No, not Black Sabbath,’ Rock said laughing.Rock’s talents are not limited to music. He also books guests for daytime talk shows and lists Jerry Springer among his influences.Prior to forming Bigfoot Nixon two months ago, Rock, Ravage and Kinney played together in the band, Screaming Urge.’But this is nothing like Screaming Urge,’ Rock said of his new band.
