More than often during the winter months, it is hard to break the monotany of visiting the same bars, skiing the same hills and eating at the same restaurants. This winter, however, the creative Lantern staff has devoted anentire section to help break students out of their winter ruts.

The special section, Cabin Fever, has a compilation of fun events, places, and ideas for students to take part in, visit and create in Columbus and its surrounding areas. Some of the suggestions are as far away as Pittsburgh and Kentucky and as close as the living room couch.

As collge students are not as financially stable as most, Cabin Feversuggests inexpensive dinner and movie ideas, intermural teams, and even free things to do around campus. And, with Spring Break and Valentine’s Day coming up fast, some last minute cheaper ideas are also available.

Look forward to the Cabin Fever section in tomorrow’s Lantern either inthe print or online version.
