Norman: a “self-righteous egoist”
A message from someone else’s perspective to Michael A. Norman and his recent opinion columns on gay rights and abortion: The line between intelligent, ethical behavior and self-righteous egotism is thin, and it is clear that you have stepped firmly into the latter. I will no longer expect any better of your column. And a reminder: Having your thoughts printed in the Lantern does not make them seem any more reasonable or intelligent to others than they would seem if you stood on the Oval and yelled them at people walking by.
