Sunday, Sept. 17

Columbus Division of Police12:15 a.m. – 300 block of E. 12th Avenue: Rear window of residence was broken and a paintball gun, nitrous tank, DVD player and DVDs were stolen.

12:45 a.m. – N. 4th Street and 18th Avenue: Victim stated he was robbed of his wallet in an alley after three suspects approached him and asked him for directions. Two of the suspects pulled out guns and demanded the victim give them “all his sh-t.”

1 a.m. – N. High Street and Lane Avenue: Victim stated he got into a fight with suspect who then punched the victim in the face.

1:58 a.m. – 200 block of E. 17th Avenue: Victim reported that the passenger-side door of her 2006 Mercury Mountaineer was kicked in and dented.

10:30 a.m. – 4100 block of N. High Street: Unknown persons entered the choir room of the Overbrook Presbyterian Church and removed cash from multiple purses.

8:27 p.m. – 2300 block of N. High Street: Victim stated she was thrown to the ground by a suspect who had, according to the victim, been drinking and had gotten angry for unknown reasons.

Monday, Sept. 18

Columbus Division of Police12:05 a.m. – 300 block of E. 19th Avenue: Victim reported someone threw a frozen can of beer and shattered his bedroom window.

12:25 a.m. – Double digit block of W. 10th Avenue: Victim reported that while he was sleeping he heard someone walking around on the lower floor of his house and assumed it was his roommate. His roommate, however, was not home at the time and when the victim awoke and went downstairs he discovered a window open and the front door open. Various items including a Playstation 2, DVDs and a Dell laptop were stolen.

3 a.m. – 100 block of E. Patterson Avenue: Victim reported a suspect smashed out the passenger side window of his 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse and stole speakers and a strobe light.

10 a.m. – 3000 block of Olentangy River Road: Wedding gifts were stolen from a car.

1:15 p.m. – 1000 block of Neil Avenue: A juvenile victim reported being assaulted near the OSU Medical Center.

1:44 p.m. – Double digit block of E. 9th Avenue: Victim reported he went to check on one of his properties and the tenant said “I will f–k you up if you come in here again.”

4:30 p.m. – 700 block of Neil Avenue: Victim reported that the passenger side window of his 1995 Honda Civic was broken and a car stereo, sunglasses, books, CDs and an air conditioner were stolen.
