In a two-week stretch since Ohio State’s biggest recruiting weekend of the year, the Buckeye Bash and Barbecue, the Buckeyes have landed six commitments.

The most recent addition came Thursday when three-star athlete Cameron Martinez selected Ohio State over Michigan and Notre Dame.

Martinez is the team’s second commitment from Michigan, joining three-star offensive tackle Grant Toutant. He’s ranked No. 7 in the state according to 247Sports. Nationally, Martinez is ranked No. 370 overall and No. 21 at athlete.

Martinez visited Northwestern on May 19 before trips to Penn State and Minnesota, then came to Columbus, Ohio for the Buckeye Bash and Barbecue on June 21.

Safety or wide receiver are the two most likely positions Martinez could land at next season.
