Episode 3: Food Insecurity, Waste & Composting

Nearly 15 percent of Ohio State students  that’s approximately 7,000 students — lack access to healthy food or are otherwise food insecure, according to the National Student Financial Wellness Study conducted by the university in 2014. Meanwhile, over one-third of all food produced in the world is thrown directly in the trash. Join us for this weeks episode and take a look between the green at what three students are doing to not only mitigate food insecurity, but reduce campus emissions from food waste and food purchasing.
