An individual cited for underage drinking and possession at Woody’s Place, located in the Ohio Union, was fined $105, said a spokesman from Franklin County Court.Glenn R. Easterday, 19, of 133 1/2 W. 10th Ave., attended a court hearing Tuesday. Easterday was cited Sept. 27 for underage purchase and consumption of alcohol at the bar.Scott M. Clark, 24, of 252 E. 12th Ave., the bartender cited for serving Easterday, has to attend a hearing Friday.Both students also attended hearings conducted by Judicial Affairs, said Stephanie LeDuff, director of Judicial Affairs.Judicial Affairs is under obligation not to report the results of any students hearing, Leduff said. The results of those hearing cannot be made public because of the Buckley Amendment, she said.Representatives from Woody’s Place have to attend a hearing in Franklin County Court also, said Steve Hasseman, an Ohio Liquor Control Department agent.That court date has not yet been determined, Hasseman said.Attempts by the Lantern to reach Clark have been unsuccessful. Easterday has refused to comment.
