Nick Petit-Frere, the top-ranked offensive tackle in the country and the seventh-best recruit in the nation according to 247Sports Composite Rankings, announced Wednesday on ESPNU he signed with Ohio State on National Signing Day.
Already the No. 2 class in the country and top in the Big Ten, Ohio State’s 2018 recruiting class gained its new top recruit with Petit-Frere, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings. He also is the No. 3 recruit in the state of Florida. The 6-foot-6, 272-pound offensive tackle is the third five-star recruit in the Buckeyes’ class.
Petit-Frere joins four-star Max Wray as offensive tackle recruits in the class.
