After an up-and-down season that most recently ended with an exit in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten tournament to Michigan State, Ohio State is going dancing.

The Buckeyes were selected as an 11 seed in the NCAA Tournament, and will go up against No. 6 Iowa State in the Midwest region.

Ohio State goes into the tournament with a 19-14 record that includes wins against then-No. 22 Iowa by 20 and a season-opening win against Cincinnati.

KenPom has Ohio State ranked as the No. 44 team in the country heading into the NCAA Tournament, and the NET Rankings, which are the main indicator of who makes the tournament, puts the Buckeyes at No. 55.

Ohio State takes on Iowa State in the NCAA Tournament in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Friday.
