Ohio State released its official Week 2 status report Friday, which lists nine players as unavailable for Saturday’s matchup with Cincinnati.
Senior defensive end Jonathon Cooper and redshirt senior wide receiver C.J. Saunders will miss their second game in a row to start the season, and the other seven unavailable Ohio State players missed last week’s season opener as well.
Redshirt senior tight end Rashod Berry, senior safety Owen Fankhouser and sophomore cornerback Llyod McFarquhar, all unavailable last week, will be able to play Saturday.
