Roughly 20 percent of people in their 20s, 30s and 40s suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder, or S.A.D. And according to a specialist in the field, many people suffering from the disorder have no idea they have it. This week’s episode of “The Scarlet Scoop” discusses both the symptoms and the treatment options for S.A.D.
