Ohio State released its official status report Friday for players that will be questionable or unavailable for its season opener against Florida Atlantic Saturday.
Notable among unavailable players are senior defensive end Jonathon Cooper, a projected starter at his position, and redshirt senior wide receiver C.J. Saunders. Both players are team captains.
Redshirt junior running back Demario McCall, who is listed as the No. 2 running back to junior J.K. Dobbins on the team’s official depth chart, will be a game-time decision.
