Cynthia Mahoney, the evangelical preacher best-known online as Sister Cindy, took to the Oval Monday to spread a message— “Ho No Mo!”
Cindy is an internet phenomenon, known for going to college campuses to preach abstinence, using slang to communicate with her younger audiences. Her most common slang word is “Ho,” referring to those who engage in premarital sex. From noon to 4 p.m., Cindy preached to a crowd of more than 100 students.
